Can the psv version of DQH2 reach the ps4 version?

I appreciate your work man, but I feel like P4G would make a better comparision. It been ages since P3/P4 have released,  for what we know Comgent might have expanded/downsized (?) since, making the comparision not exactly even. 

This was the last registered figure for P4G on Comg (192, 4 days before release). They didn't update for a few days after that. It was doing less than 4, about the same as 3. Yet it ended up being the best selling in Japan:
