It's also well known that games on Nintendo consoles often sell greater than do their Sony counterparts with relation to their position on the pre-order charts.  That directly states that more people puchase Nintendo console games without preo-ordering them than do Sony console owners. 

How many times in this thread and the previous thread has someone pointed out that Nintendo titles usually score approximately 1,000 sales per 1 COMG point where as Sony titles are usually 600-700 sales per COMG point?  I'm sure you can understand what the disparity means in terms of percentage of pre-orders to overall sales.

its not a big deal today, it was 1998 yesterday! but its all good, wait intill pokemn comes in 2 weeks

Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
