Ethomaz, random question:

X360 was first manufactured in October 2011 in Brazil, and the 4GB model was 444USD then when released, is it still that price due to taxes etc, or have they gone down?

The actual 360 prices here...

250GB = R$1.199,00
4GB = R$899,00
4GB + Kinect = R$1.199,00
250GB + Kinect = R$1.399,00

I didn't remember this $444USD.

First of all, neither XBox nor PS3 are manufactured in Brazil. They are now assembled in Brazil. Importing entire consoles into Brazil (or any other SA country, they all work with the same "stay out of our country" principle) carries a total tax of approx. 150-200%. Importing only key elements (cell processor, memory in this case) and make the rest in Manaus drops the taxes considerably, but still way over 50% (all these countries have very creative taxes to force local manufacturing).

Sony confirms PS4 in Brazil.

Yes... I used the wrong word... sorry.

PS3 is more mounted in Brazil... only the case, manual, box, etc are manufactured in Brazil... the componentes are imported (CPU, Mainboard, GPU, etc).
