It's okay. Definitely anime-cliche with everyone standing around posing like you'd expect people in their roles to pose. People said the American box art was busy, but what the heck does that space pirate have to do with anything?

how have previous versions of Metroid Prime done compared to European or American Markets?

I like the U.S. version better. It has better composition and a nicer colour scheme. It also looks more like space, rather than a bubble rising up through teal liquid.

You fight Ridley in the first 10 minutes of the game. Anything revealed that early in the game isn't really a spoiler.
