Microsoft says it will showcase its "full line-up" of next-generation games at its E3 2013 press conference.

The platform holder confirmed today that it will host its next-gen Xbox reveal event on May 21.

The new hardware itself is likely to be the focus of the event, as Microsoft rep Larry 'Major Nelson' Hryb has confirmed that the company will follow up by revealing a "full line-up" of games at its pre-E3 press briefing.

"[On May 21] we'll share our vision for Xbox, and give you a real taste of the future. Then, 19-days later at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in Los Angeles, we'll continue the conversation and showcase our full lineup of blockbuster games," said Hryb.

While "19-days later" would seemingly point to June 9, Microsoft has confirmed to Polygon its press conference is set for June 10, 10am Pacific (6pm UK time), at the Galen Center in Los Angeles.

Both EA and Ubisoft have also set their respective press briefings on that same day, although exact times are yet to be confirmed.

Sony is yet to date its E3 press conference. E3 itself takes place June 11-13.

i like this idea more. They wont show too much at the reveal so they can save everything for e3. I feel like they should atleast show like 2 exclusives at the reveal. Maybe a small project that one of their newstudios is working on and maybe announce the next pgr

I hope they try to appeal to the Japanese market again. That was one of the main reasons I got an Xbox 360.

I want to know what their killer launch app will be...

so, they will be first to hold the e3 conference then? 10am is early, don't think sony or ninty will be even earlier. will be a decent time to kill twitter in europe but very early for usa.
