If anything the closest related movie you can check out to see how R&C will come out from the makers of the film is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Escape_from_Planet_Earth

 

Never heard of it and looks like its exclusive to Canada...I think.

yeah no clue, at least the imdb score is not that great for this movie but it made $55m in usa so you could  have heard of it

As some of you may know this is my favorite franchise ever and has 2 of my top 5 games of all time in it (ACiT and UYA). I'm unbelievable stoked for this now! Unfortunately I really wish they had not gone with the A4O art style. Why are they promoting the style that came from one of the least successful games in the franchise? Oh well hopefully this means a real Ratchet on PS4.

smart choice, alot easier to do cartoon then live action. hopefully they have a game in the works to coincide with its release

I hope they planning to continue this, I mean Sly Cooper, Jak & Daxter, or even Knack! They have lot to make animation movies about.

If a Jak & Daxter movie would come out and they would revive that series then that would be amazing.  Also a Sly movie would be good because then Sony would be forced to advertise the damn the game even if it were really just a movie trailer lol.  I hope the Ratchet for PS4 is like the ones before A4O but given the art style they're using for the movie I am skeptical.  It pains me to have not bought the last 2 games in my favorite franchise ever but...well...I tried them and they just weren't Ratchet.  I hope the next one is like ACiT.
