Inhaling an airtight bit of rubber/latex is the smartest idea. Can't wait to see the next challenge, swallow a plastic bag whole.

Not really, at least for me. It's essentially just holding my nose shut and still trying to forcefully exhale through it. I can feel a stream of air coming out of my tear glands. But like I said it might be different for me since my nose is fucked up.
