Mostly because that way there is no shred of doubt that actually happened in the F-Zero Anime.

same explosion that looks about the size as the whole freakin galaxy. DBZ's got nothing on this. (unless GT had some sort of Dimension busting attack.)

Video of Ganondorf's moves. Definately a CF clone it looks like, but at least his moves look more different than he and Falcons did in Melee. Plus Ganon as a final Smash!
