Dropped in price in North America, I'd say for for it at $60 so $40 is no brainer for me, amazing game. |
It's still $56 in the UK... http://www.gamecrawler.co.uk/compare/ni-no-kuni---wrath-of-the-white-witch-ps3/B008LTGEGQ

Whoa, great comeback. Guess you didn't have an actual counter-argument?

Wow....didn't expect to actually stump you. It really is a pickle from your position.
Heres the tricky part though, Sony has put you guys in a awkward position by bringing exclusives to the Vita, most recently the PS3/Vita game Guacamelee (88 on metacritic). If you go along with Sony and count these games as PS3 exclusives, you must then acknowledge games like Left 4 Dead 1/2, Alan Wake, Gears of War 1, etc. as 360 exclusives because it follows the same definition bending as counting a PS3/Vita game as a PS3 exclusive. But if you keep your old definition, then your forced to not acknowledge a growing number of exclusives that Sony puts on Vita. Your lists gets smaller and you can't talk up great games just because they no longer fit your definition of an exclusive.
This is a big issue to me, this ain't trolling. I would just like some clarity on where we all stand on what is now considered an exclusive. Is the term bended or not?
Last of Us and Beyond look great.
I am interested to see if move is required for Until Dawn, they said they were considering DS3 support but if it's move only it's a no for me. I'm not buying a $50+ peripheral to use with one game.

This is a legit point, since this thread isn't even trying to make one, merely bragging.I thought it was pretty self explanatory.Thread says "PS3 exclusives". An exclusive, as defined by PS3 fans since day 1, is only available on one platform, nothing else. Period. Sly and MLB are PS3 games.......yes I noticed that, thank you. They are also on Vita. This by definition invalidates them, despite them also being on Sony hardware, it isnt a PS3 exclusive.Yet many PS3 gamers here and outside vgchartz still refer to these games, and last year still put games like Battle Royale, on PS3 lists, despite Vita having a version. So my point is: Have PS3 fans changed the definition of an exclusive to a "PS3 game not on 360" and not "only on PS3"? You guys, Sales2099 is actually right this time. We need to fix this. From this point on, I say that any game that plays on Microsoft's home consoles AND handheld consoles should be counted as an Xbox exclusive. Fair is fair.

Yeah, I agree with that. I especially feel that way about games with obvious problems getting perfect scores. I think it's incredibly misleading about what someone should expect from a 10/10. Dragon Age: Orgins and Fallout 3/NV were some of my favorite games from this generation, yet they were full of bugs and problems and I would say the same thing if either of them were given maximum points. I loved those games but I can completely understand any reductions they might receive. Uh. I just realized how off-topic that was. Now NinPie is going to report me and it's all your fault! Take responsibility! On topic, I hope Rain ends up being a memorable game. It's looking like a good year for PSN exclusives, as well.

Okay, okay, I'll take responsabilities e_e Anyway, Rain feels charming, the same as Puppeteer. I just hope that TLOU can live up to its hype and surpass limits. I hope well for Beyond too, as I like Quantic Dreams a lot.

Nah. Or probably. I'm very open-minded with games in general, and I like trying every single one out there, even if they're pretty horrible. I have a thing for bad games too =P But I agree with your first statement. I can understand why you didn't like Deadly Premonition too, I was just joking back there.

I hope it has DS3 support...

Over 20k? It has a chance. I mean it can easily sell 100-200k in the west.
