No it isn't.  The guy is talking hardware engineering. From the hardware perspective, pretty much everything in the PS4 (and the XBox) is called high-end. From the HARDWARE perspective, not from the PERFORMANCE perspective. The cpu is an untested 8core design, the GPU is an untested design (partly based on some AMD pieces). The memory is untested 4Gb parts (in the case of the PS4). Of course, neither the PS4 nor the XBox will be able to compete with a high performance pc. Again, from a hardware point, the PS4 (and XBox) are much higher-end than anything you find in a pc.

No. I was calling the title misleading. Nowhere does the guy say it a high end PC. From a design perspective sure, its high end peice of hardware but in no way does it compare to a high end PC.

Quotation marks, I don't think you know how to use them. Never in the article does he say the words: ''PS4 isn’t just a high-end PC".

Btw, when this guy says KZ4, he means Shadowfall? Or did he just out a 2015 blockbuster? ;)
