Depends on the drive style. If it's more sim like then i couldn't understand it, but if it's something like forza than i can.

i watched the ps4 reveal.  i get that part, racing in clubs.  sounds like a GT mode not a full, distinct game to go head to head with GT itself.  if nintendo was launching this i would totally get it but it is just soo close to GT that i don't get it.. not as sony first party.

From a business point of view Sony needs another racer inbetween GT releases as they tend to take some time to finish

this is also looks to be a more arcade-ish compared to GT. Without knowing all the content of the game I think we are doing it a disservice to just call it a mode in GT.

It might be because of all those social features that are in the ps4 like the share button and connecting with others through social networks to plan events etc. I also believe there were rumours that GT6 was a ps3 title so I guess this is the ps4 racing title.

Lol, sorry but it's true. Forza and GT are on different levels.

I think it will be nice to have another driving game with a different style along side GT

This game is more to compete with Forza in terms of be more game focused than sim focuses... or in other terms everything the reviewers says the GT5 lacks.

So more community and social features.

I approve this game because I don't want the GT franchise losing the focus... driving physics and real simulations.

I might get this to hold me over until GT PS4

lol GT ps4 coming 2017 -_- Just kidding but in seriousness we might not see the next numbered Gran Turismo for a very long time.
