We won't really know until the ps4 actually comes out.

the problem is with the video its self, look at them on stage, it also has crappy frame rates.

Thats weird because the camera shows his hands holding the Vita and there are no frame drops on his hands only in the screen.

no, the frame are happening on his hand to, but because his movements are somewhat subtle you cant really notice it. but its clear when the guy is on stage talking though

So your conclusion is that the frame rate is not bad then?

it looks pretty smooth here

The resolution of the video looks smooth not the frame rate of the game on the Vita screen.

Could be an early build.

I'd wait until E3 before we starting shouting doom for this feature.

Just look at when he is running through the vent. Does that look like stable frame rate to anyone here?

Obviously it won't work as well like the WiiU, not like the Vita was designed for this.

They're doing this as a response to WiiU and trying to salvage Vita as a PS4 remote player instead of just a handheld.

http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/profile/92109/nintendopie/ Nintendopie  Was obviously right and I was obviously wrong. I will forever be a lesser being than them. (6/16/13)

My SotC HD runns on the vita pretty smoothly with remoteplay... so i don't see why they shouldn't be able to do it with the ps4.

Even though I agree with bananaking that the whole video has frame rate issues.

How the hell do you want a FEATURE for an UNFINISHED product to work 100% accurately? How?

the frame rate on the vita screen looks to be the same as the ps4 demo which ran a bit earlier. IF there is any frame rate (which i dont see) drop it is normal however

the demo was still running on hardware that is no where near finalized

the game is still in development on hardware that is yet to be finalized

the feature its self is not ready, there is still a long time to go until the PS4 is released, and they are still working on the connectivity of the ps4 with the vita

so comparing remote play with wiiu is pointless at this point

thread/

why are some of you saying this is in 'response' to wiiu when Sony have been doing this even before wiiu? -_- You guys know PSP was doing this right? This is just improving on it
