Thanks that does look a good amount better but still I'm more impressed with other engines like Frostbite 3, FOX, Square Enix engine (Luminous I think) etc...

The Capcom Deep Down demo is the most impressive for me.... the Frostbite is a bit meh... and the FOX I loved but Kojima have another goal more life photorealism in humans... the Luminous I don't have a definitive opinion about it.

To be honest the demo's look like they were built differently.

There's a lot of times in the PS4 demo where particle effects and other stuff are just completely missing. Completely. I see no reason for this because in other areas they are the same or at least parred back. So what gives?

Just seems to be different demos. I absolutely think the original Elemental demo is possible on the PS4 given time and optimization. But whether that level of effects, and detail are possible in an actual game is yet to be seen, even on a gtx680.

Intel Core i7 3770K [3.5GHz]|MSI Big Bang Z77 Mpower|Corsair Vengeance DDR3-1866 2 x 4GB|MSI GeForce GTX 560 ti Twin Frozr 2|OCZ Vertex 4 128GB|Corsair HX750|Cooler Master CM 690II Advanced|

Unoptimized.

Am I the only one who thinks that the UE4 doesn't look that great? Looks good but nothing special.

nope, from what i've seen i'm far more impressed with frostbite and FOX.

Deap Down?

I agree... it is more impressive than Frostbite but I can't say about the Fox because there are things better in the UE4 demo and thinkgs better in FOX Engine Demo.

is deep down UE4?

if so then yes i was impressed by that.  the supposed demo looks no where near as good though.  hell, it doesn't look as good as the samertian demo which if i'm not mistaken was UE3+.

Capcom own engine... every big developer is creating a new engine for the next-gen consoles and PC.

The Deep Down.

Deep Down was running on Capcom's own engine. Basically a target demo though, don't expect their game to look like that.

Weel the guy is selecting something in the demo... like a weapon or item... controller input.

Come on, Aren't some of you guys acting kinda selfish? I can barely see a difference between pc and ps4. But whatever, I guess a few particle effects and textures are what people truly try to look for in a game. "Pffff, story and gameplay? What's that? I play games for the textures and unique particle effects, that's why I use my high end gaming computer!"

Likely just added in to make it seem more like gameplay.

lol lol lol fake gameplay? Are you sure?
