If it's GoW it better freaking be a new mythology. They've spent too much time in Greek and possibly too much with Kratos. His story is concluded. Do a new protagonist in a new mythology a la Infamous Second Son. Keep the feel of the franchise as far as gameplay and style goes and keep the name and dev since they're awesome at hack n' slash, but I wanna destroy Ra, Obelisk, sphinx, Anubis and such or Thor, Odin, Loki, Heimdel, Baldr, and Sif

I have said this in other post too. HEAVENLY SWORD 2, Santa Monica are the only developer who can handle it, as Ninja theory doesn't want to get involved. Finish the damn trilogy.. and maybe GOW4 in mid PS4 cycle just like GOW3

God of War needs to go on Hiatus. Make us Miss it. Im not too sure but Im pretty sure we've gotten a God of War game every year since GOW3 came out. The series needs some room to breathe...hell go to another pantheon we've done Greek Mythology lets try Egyptian

God of War seriously needs a break of 3, maybe 4 Years.

I'm pretty sure they have a team working on a new IP along with a GoW team.  And you do realize that GoW: A came out 3 years after god of war 3.  They need to go in a new direction with the mythology of the game.  As long as it is original and as epic as the other GoW games then I'm all for it.

*edit* I forgot the second psp GoW game came out after GoW3, but it's not essential to the overall story.
