That's an interesting looking list, are any of them funny? I miss games like DOTT, it was so good. They seem to have faded into the background so I haven't played one for years (I have replayed a couple of LucasArts ones though).

Deponia, The Book of Unwritten Tales, The Journey Down and Botanicula are the humorous games on this list.

well its not really about the genre, but more about the creativity behind the games world. the idea's it gives. it feels like this is something really unique. though i will surely check these games out.

if you like story driven games i advice you to play to the moon though, its amazing

yes i am! i just got a new PC a couple of weeks ago and there seems to be a world of games i didnt know about, these indie games seem amazing. ill be sure to check them out

You should check the online stores of PSN and XBL. There are tons of games with ...unique premises. Unfortunately, their execution is almost always completely terrible.

they just announced it, dont know what platforms it will be on honestly, all i know its going to be on pc

They are amazing in making unique games, but I am tired of games that call themself unique, the cave, the stacking, costume quest...were fun for a little time.
