Wow, you think it's going on the Dreamcast?

Never mind. It isn't worth it. 

lets just point out the obvious reasons it will be on Wii (or DS)

1) low development costs are needed for a game that won't sell a lot like this

2) This game was never about cutting edge graphics

3) Sega's relationship with nintendo and success on the wii

4) The game's release on gamecube

5) Wii's userbase in Japan

 You Wii fans say the same thing every time, but it never turns out that way. How do you know MS isn't funding this game?

"A reasonable assumption would be that MS isn't funding the game because it isn't a game that was on a Playstation system. Microsoft's focus is to destroy Sony, I don't think getting Skies of Arcadia on the 360 would benefit them much."

There's no Tales game coming out the PS3, but it appears that MS is funding one for the 360. Furthermore, Blue Dragon and Lost Odysessy are all game that MS are funing, none of which have appeared on a Playstation system. There's also Ninja Gaiden 2, Mass Effect, ect. MS has also said that they plan to double their Japanese library. There is a chance that MS can be funding this game.  

This game is coming to the Wii. 

oh man, i soooooo soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo badly want a skies of arcadia game on 360 or ps3 with graphics like eternal sonata.... *splurge*
