lets just point out the obvious reasons it will be on Wii (or DS)
1) low development costs are needed for a game that won't sell a lot like this
2) This game was never about cutting edge graphics
3) Sega's relationship with nintendo and success on the wii
4) The game's release on gamecube
5) Wii's userbase in Japan
currently playing: Skyward Sword, Mario Sunshine, Xenoblade Chronicles X
