Forums - General - a request to get rid of the "teams" on vgchartz

So...you basically want us to tell a bunch of people on a forum, a place meant to be social, to stop being social?

you do realize there's no way for us to say "hey, User A, you can't be friends and associate with User B" right?

im not asking that. im not asking anything from the mods actually. all i am saying is that these teams are doing more harm than good, something another that kantor, another mod, agrees with. im asking the community, for the sake of the community, to request the threads be locked or atleast get rid of the signatures or stop pushing the idea of teams so hard.

Both, I will find a way by merging two different dimensions to make them both applicable.

And I'm just aski how that should be enforced-- how would you word that rule in a way that doesn't boil down to you can't openly be friends with other users?

the simplest solution is if someone is being a problem, just report them.

i dont think it should be enforced, i think it should be discussed and agreed upon. if the users agree with me then we can look for a solution, if not then let things be. its why i said a request in the tittle and didnt say would should get rid of the teams. its also why i made a thread about it so the community can talk about it, not just message a mod

Right, but say we talk about and agree teams are bad. What do you expect the end result to be?

Right, but say we talk about and agree teams are bad. What do you expect the end result to be?


 honstly i dont know what i expect the end result to be, i just think there is a problem and think that we can find a solution to it. who ever agree's atleast gets rid of the signature, this way the "teams" part will only stay in the threads, where things are going more smoothly, thats a suggestion. though personally i will stop posting in the threads for now. or if we think the threads are to much if the authers of the threads agree and want to, they can request the threads to be locked, again this is just a suggestion
