On the Vita, you can only have one account per memory card. 

I suggest you do some research before you start criticizing others. You can't use two accounts on the same psvita. While US vita owners got a $10 for their loyatly and three great psp games, European vita owners so far have not received anything. I mean they don't have to, but it sucks.

WEll these are older games, but they are mostly fun games. What can you do, US complain about EU getting better PS Plus right? take it for what it is, regional promotions, complain on EU PS Blog, let the marketing and biz ppl there know u want the same time, see if they can throw a bone together

No sir, for Wild Arms you can download it and play PS3 because it's a PS1 game

The other 3 PSP games, you can download the executable files on your PS3, but without a PSP or PSV you won't be able to "install" and play it.

It wasn't really advertised much, so yah. go get it before it's too late
