Which 2013 PS3 exclusives will be released on PS4 as well? 

With every other publisher going "cross-gen", it would make sense for Sony to as well.

None, initially. I do however believe some will be remastered for the PS4 eventually.

Would it really be worth it for Sony to spend money remastering single PS3 exclusives for the PS4's release when the games are going to sell much more copies on the PS3 anyway? If there was TloU 1 & 2 then maybe it'd be worth it but as just a single game I don't think so. I think the only PS3 exclusives this year that will be remastered for the PS4 are God of War: Ascension which will come with God of War III in the run up to God of War IV and maybe Beyond: Two Souls which would come with Heavy Rain when QD's new game hits PS4.

The thing is this.... When PS4 comes out, a lot of early adopters will quickly forget about the PS3 and stop buying PS3 games.

The mass is not early adopters... I think even GT6 will be exclusive to PS3.

True, but why cheat yourself out of a few hundred thousand sales when it would be easy to port those games and strengthen the franchises brand names? 

Espcially a game like TLOU, which will probably have a sequel on PS4. 

The last of us, God of war, and beyond: two souls will not be cross gen. It would be pointless to do so and a waste of resources. I think they would have announced something about them being cross gen by now since the ps4 has now been announced. The Last Guardian will come out on ps3 or ps4, but not both. I don't know about Until Dawn or Puppeteer, but I think they will remain ps3 exclusive.

Also we have release dates for TLOU, GOW, and B:TS and they will be out before ps4 launches.

I wonder why you put exclusives in quotation marks.

Those so called publisher your talking about are multiplatform publishers and it makes sense for them to do cross-gen to help transition into the new gen.  

Also didn't sony already confirm that all their first party studios are working on ps4 games.
