Tomb Raider is still a great looking game and it plays even better. I would classify it as a Survival Adventure rather than an Action Adventure based on what I have played so far (PS3). Uncharted series much more pure Action Adventure... and does have the more ludicrous scenarios where they really show off their interactive environments and technology. Things that are far more difficult to achieve than higher resolution graphics and best in class lighting etc. |
Exaclty, Uncharted and Tomb Raider are two completely different games and always will be. Uncharted's selling point will always be the cinematic story while Tomb Raider on the other hand is more about platforming. I spent probably an hour today just exploring the surrounding land. And Tomb Raider on ps3 looks damn good too for being open world and I would go as far as saying it looks better than far cry 3 which was an amazing looking game.
