Ugh, I actually had the misfortune of seeing that movie in the theaters. My fiancee use to work at the local Angelika (and she even has three degrees while working there >_>) so she use to get free tickets there and to some other normal theaters. Since I hate most films (I'm shallow) I would usually spend my Sunday afternoons seeing a movie while she was working (I'm horrible) and I saw that movie.

It may have been for free but I still felt cheated after seeing that garbage.

Date movie was god awful as well after watching it i felt like snapping the dvd in 2, and burying it in the backyard :P

Definitely go see No Country for Old Men...I haven't seen There Will Be Blood, but I've been told it's also good.

Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release.  (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

Nooo! dont see juno csir is wrong. juno is the most hyped movie ever and i dont get all the critical attention. it wasnt funny and just plain bad. Kuudos to ellen page though she was good but not good enough for me to like the movie. 2 out of 10. In another note go see the best movie of last year ATONEMENT breathtakingly haunting and beautiful, in other words a masterpiece. also cloverfield i dont think ive ever been so tense in a movie before, a non stop thrill ride. and last but not least no country for old man and sweeny todd.

I liked Juno, I thought it had a good message throughout the movie and It was also funny, but thats just my opinion.  The only thing thats keeping me from watching Cloverfield, is the camera, I'll probaby watch it but i'm not paying $6+ to go watch it in the theaters. Also Gone Baby Gone was a very good movie
