@dtewi,
20.000.000 at 250$ ======)))))))))))))).
21 000 000 PS2 at 299$.
A 50K bump at the most. Also does this sound familiar.
Let`s think:1 game - 50k. 10 games - 500k, 20 games - 1 mln.
And that is only ONE WEEK boost.
Every game wil ADD 1-3k for weekly sales after it`s release.
20 Games - +20-60k weekly.
Why do you think PS3 outsold x360 in Decemeber? Because of Uncharted, Rathcet, Heavenly Sword, Folklore, UT3, Warhawk and etc.
@azrm2k,
You will quote one line I said and ignore all other information I posted.
80-90% of the PS2 userbase didn't play those games.
Ok, then YES THEY DID. 20% of them played GT, 10% FF, 5% MGS, 3% Tekken, 3% RE4 and etc. TOTAL 80-90%.
Well if we can't prove that the fans of that series had the loyalty to pick the next version how can you assume they'll buy a new console for the next version?
Gran turismo 5 WILL BUY NOT only GT fans OR you CAN`T assume that?@HappySqurriel,
If you noticed, when I pointed out that Gamers didn't choose the most powerful system I used games as my reason!
And who wouldn`t buy PS3 for
199$ to play such gorgeousness? =)) AND that is only
2nd year life PS3
games. What will be there in 2009-2012 do you know? =))
gow2 is AWESOME
game and came only in 2007 or only after
7 years since PS2 launch.
FFXII was also awesome
game for many people, came only after
6 years.
Every 5 seconds on earth one child dies from hunger...
