I'm enjoying beyond. Not really sure why it didn't review well. I'm only a few hours in but i like it. It’s the best looking game of the gen, edging out the last of us.

Beyond is gold imo. I encourage people to get it, and it was on the Game Stop list for 40 on the Black Friday scans, so if people are on the fence and price is a factor, that should be a good inventive.

i cant get any game on my console until around feb next year. due to my little brothers exams, i have not been getting on console that would distract him, mainly GTA and beyond. so i been dying to play this game. atleast ill probably get it cheaper when i do next year.

That blows. I understand though. When I started undergrad, which was around 07, I decided not to get any new systems in order to keep my high GPA. I only bought my PS3 in 2011 after I finished. You consider handheld gaming? I mean nothing beats console, but they're a good distraction when you can't dedicate yourself to a console. Vita and 3DS have proved to be quite useful since I don't have time for gaming since I'm busy with work and studying for exams (again).

FPS level design is odd, especially for multiplayer.

It's just so hard trying to make every part of the map have a valuable addition to the game dynamics.

OT: Finished Beyond today and I loved it!!  Great ending, the one I got.  And I wonder if the explanation for why they chose to have you play the game out of sequence is in the end no matter what.   Because it makes so much sense why they did it, so I don't understand the complaints about them doing that.   Am so amazed at the graphics they got out of the PS3.  

Overall would give it a 9/10.  And fuck da reviewers!!
