Yeah that's basically when you don't need to name the person which is actually against the rules anyways, isn't it? As long as you don't name them you can't get warned/banned unless you flame the whole fanbase. Also some people really just need to stop taking things so seriously on a freaking game forum, it's really not that big of a deal.

Nah. Got a warning. I mean, I really was just pointing out the truth about someone who has a history around here. It's not like I was making things up. And just to make sure, I'm not the one who reported you guys. But I had a few conversations to clear this out and that's the understanding we came out with.

Behind the back, huh? I posted directly to him in another thread that he was displaying cognitive bias. He made no reply. So even if I say it to his 'face' I can't bring it up elsewhere? Seems to me that sometimes the mods don't want any place to be where you "have a go" at someone and then others times it's a free-for-all. There is little consistency. Depends on the subject too. We all know a certain someone around here won't let you get away with a negative remark about Nintendo if he can help it. However, you get a Sony Pony or an Xbot making a comment about the others' games in a thread it doesn't belong, starting a flame war.... ah who cares, right?
