controls feel a little sluggish, theres random brief freezes of 5 to 20ms sometimes up to half a second here and there while playing but other than that probably the most graphically impressive and polished games i have ever played on a handheld

Part 3 of IGN Mark Cerny interview. He doesn't specifically say this in the interview, but I remember reading that they are purposely holding back ps4 development tools for the first 2-3 years so that when they do give developers all the tools the games will look quite a bit better after the first few years.
