So was the Destiny beta going to be on PS4/PS3 first? If so I think I know which platform I'll be getting it on.

Yeah. PlayStation owners get early access to the beta.

Yeah. Both Sony and Bungie have been quoted as saying that PlayStation owners get exclusive content. There was also a video posted by Sony a few months back showing all the games coming for the PS4. Both Watch Dogs and Destiny had little icons during the video saying that they will have exclusive content for PlayStation.

Getting Watch Dogs and Destiny on PS4 then.

Hopefully we'll know when the Destiny beta goes live first. I'm not really pumped for the game (I just can't get hyped for new IPs), but I won a beta code in a Twitter giveaway so might as well check it out.

I think your lack of enthusiasm is the same as mine. We just don't know enough about this game. For as many times as they try to explain what it is I have a hard time believing it's going to be what they say. It's not that I'm not excited for the possibilities and I think the game is going to be the biggest one this year, but I'm just being very cautious about getting excited for something I still know little about. My enthusiasm for Watch Dogs went through the roof with these recent announcements and videos they did. Hopefully next week the flood of Destiny news has the same effect on me.
