Mojang is aiming a Q2/Q3 release for the PS4 and Vita versions of Minecraft. Plans for world transfer between PS3 and PS4 is planned, with possibly also being able to transfer from/to the Vita. They also couldn't rule out a discount for the Vita version if you have the PS3 version.
