Don't know, with what SP managed to do with this game, I mean the photo mode update has basically proven that you can pause this game almost anywhere and get an awesome wallpaper that's how good the game looks, I don't see why they can't do this. I mean as far as I know these powers are even mentioned in the game itself and now we have concepts that show that there were plans to include these in the game, maybe they didn't make it and are now planned for DLC, wouldn't surprise me at least.

Could be, but I also wouldn't be surprised if it Glass and Wire were the DUP original's power, since they also prototyped with that according to the audio files you can find in the game.

Yes of course, but if they were the prototype powers then they must have come from somewhere, right? A far as I understood this the DUP soldiers got their powers from Augustine, a real Conduit, this would mean that the DUP got the Glass and Wire prototype powers from real Conduits as well. Maybe those Conduits are locked up at Curdun Cay or something and the DLC would let you get in there and free them, there's a ton of possibilities to make Delsin getting Glass or Wire powers work storywise.

Yeah, I'm hoping we get some new powers, hopefully Paper next Friday.
