Brilliant for PS4; Meh for PS3 and lol for Vita, though I think that the Vita is a lost cause in the US anyway and Sony should just try to get as much money out of it while putting in as little effort/money as they can, which looking at Sonys plans for Vita support seems to be exactly what they're doing, let the thing try and find its niche, it's never going to be big in the west.
Infamous being slightly overtracked, really just means that the sales occured somewhere outside the US or at least not at physical retail in the US, since we already have the 1 million sold through number for Infamous.
Other PS4 games are undertracked by about 200k in the US.
