81 is a great score nowadays. Too many outstanding games with the previous generation (GTA5, TLOU, Bioshock, Batman, Elder scrolls, UC, braids and many more) have made it harder for games to reach 90+.

The very appreciated AC4 for instance on PS4 is 83. Most reviewers use harsher scores at the beginning of this generation.

It's a better game of the first Infamous which is 85 on metacritic. Look at Plant vs Zombie on XB1, people are having a blast with the game: 76 on metacritic which is good really, more than 15/20. Outlast and don't starve are only 78 on metacritic, that didn't prevent people to make many threads about their positive experience in those games.

so the gap between PS3 sales compared to PS4 sales in the same time frame is over 4 million. basically the PS3 sold 1.87 million while PS4 sold 6.01 million in the first fourth months. fucking insane.

nope. Sucker Punch said you dont, though there will be some refrences to the first 2. but you dont really need to play 1 or 2 to play Second Son. 

Don't take my word for it, but I don't think you have to know 1 and 2. inFAMOUS: Second Son takes place 7 years after the events of inFAMOUS 2.

No, you don't. There'll be some nice things fans from the first 2 games will enjoy and recognize, but they made the game so everyone can step in without missing anything of the story.
