Not nearly as much as E3 but some games do get revealed at GDC. Both Microsoft and Sony have strongly implied that new games will be announced this week. I wouldn't hold my breath for anything mindblowing though.

Rarely, if ever, are games announced at GDC. Although I am hoping Sony shows us something about their games in development.
