My guesses:

  • inFAMOUS launch trailer.
  • Uncharted 4 trailer, confirming first half of 2015 as 'date'.
  • DriveClub trailer and release date.
  • The Order: 1886 release date.
  • Agent trailer, confirming the game for PS3 and PS4, early 2015.

And some things I hope, but I doubt will happen:

  • The Last of Us GOTY edition for PS4 announcement, releases before the 2nd half of 2014 (before July).
  • Teaser for Guerilla's new IP. Full announcement at E3.
  • Teaser of what Sony Santa Monica is working on, full announcement at E3.

And something else my tiny brain can't come up with

@bolded: lol, come on man, that game is dead. its been 5 years now.

@ italic: umm sorry to be the one to break this for you, but Sony Santa Monica's game has been canned they have another game in development, but it only started last year, so i doubt we will hear anything from SSM this year. sorry.

honestly i think they could have released the game by now if they wanted to, last year we seen some footage that was simply mind blowing, but really there is no point of releasing it now, every PS4 made is being sold, the game would help them more in the summer and help push more PS4's then. also, i wonder just how good it looks now, cant wait to see it.
