Screamapillar makes a fair point regarding this on the previous page, but until Black and White it will look extremely weird to have the X legendary as the cover star for Y and vice versa.

Purely coincidentally, whenever I've gotten a Pokémon game, it's been the second one (Blue, Silver, White 2), so I think I'll continue the trend if I like what I see. I may change my mind if I prefer X's version exclusives.

Nintendo has not released official box art for the game, as it is still more than eight months out from release.  Any box art you see is merely placeholder, and it will vary by retailer.  When they do release official boxart, you will know because it will on Nintendo's official web site and at the X/Y official game site.

My point was more even though they were likely placeholder images, they do show that Xerneas is in X and Yveltal in Y and not the other way around.

X for me.. need that f*cking stag. so beutiful :D
