Could we either mark threads so that they won't be bumped up on our Hot Topics list when another user posts them, and/or ignore threads so that they'll never show up on our hot topics list?

The filter options isn't a good way to cut out threads you aren't interested in. It's not the forum type that's the problem, but specific threads themselves.

what are you lookin to block?

First all the threads with over 10, some even 200 pages (and I think I have it set to 100 posts per page).

Then a bunch of threads that I feel are redundant and pointless (mostly the meta threads on fanboyism).

Rest are just shit threads that I find shit for personal reasons (threads that don't have a question or topic, stupid off topic threads, etc).

Oh, I thought you were talking about marking threads so you can have all marked threads in one place. I'm interested in being able to tag threads to "watch later" similar to the feature on YouTube. Oftentimes I have little time on my hands and come across a few threads that I may want to post in later/

The block feature could be useful too, but bad threads don't bother me too much as I just ignore them.
