not sure what ps4 will cost. But if its a crazy high amount due to powerfull tech, sony will probably sell ps4 at a big loss which wouldnt be good for the company right now.

there is no DDR5, DDR4 isn't even on the market

what the PS4 is using is GDDR5, a derivate of DDR3

and GDDR5 costs about $15-20 per gig, so $120-160 or maybe a bit less is what Sony pays for that
