This has been posted before, but I looked through the first 5 pages and couldn't find it. There has also been added a new chapter, so even if you have read it, you might not have read whole.
What do you think of what they say? I always thought it was stupid not to have rankings, now I really think it is great that there aren't. I'm still only on chapter 3 though.
