My favorite PlayStation memory was playing Jak 1 never beating it,buying the HD Collection 8 years later and beating it plus obtaining the Platinum.

The first time beating Ultimecia on FF8. My God i was jumping up and down in my room. My brothers thought something had happened to me. I was stuck for a week at that fight!!!

The first time I got my PS2... Growing up, and even now, I haven't had the pleasure of being in a "money making family" but, every year for my b-day, my mom would always give $100. when I was 10 I remember my mom taking me to the pawn shop and buying me a used PS2. I felt like I was the luckiest kid in the world at the time. I also remember running to my room and connecting it, rushing to play the Scooby Doo game she had bought me. So even though we didn't have a lot of money my mom knew that I love video games and would make sure she did what she could to quench my thirst for gaming.

Coming home from school aged 5 and watching my dad boot up the PS1. This bootup sound, fucking eargasm:

Putting in the demo 1 disk. Watching all these crazy, epileptic images flash in front of my eyes with this equally eargasmic song:

Sitting watching my dad play Jumping Flash!; Battle Arena Toshinden; WipEout; Destruction Derby etc. etc.

18 fantastic years of PlayStation gaming, so many highlights. Final Fantasy; Wild ARMs; Metal Gear Solid; Syphon Filter; Timesplitters; Spyro; Crash; WipEout; Jak; Ratchet; LittleBigPlanet; Command & Conquer; I could go on and on and on and on.

The lowest point of being a PlayStation fan I'd say was having to wait 2 years before I could afford a PS3, pretty much.

It does, at least in Japan. Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix. Including Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, Re:Chain of Memories and remastered cutscenes from 358/2 Days^^
