This is about what I expected. That they would at the very least offer their cloud/streaming service separate for a price, since it costs money for the infrastructure, maintenance and the bandwidth. And looking at how well Xbox Live has preformed for Microsoft and how profitable it has been its hard for a company that need a revenue increase to not emulate. I don't expect they will be following in Microsoft footsteps and charge for online play but everything else will probably be offered at different tier levels.
