The Games of course.
But HW wise I think I love the rumoured controller the most.
A DS3 with Improved triggers, a front touch pad and a headphone jack :)

The specs sound nice (especially RAM after the PS3) but I guess the whole "off the shelves" rumor for the components is nice. That will let them pump out a bunch of awesome games without having to master something like the cell so probably more games close to launch.
