it will happen just like with DmC.
I don't wish them anything of the sort, because they are a fantastic developer who really polishes their games to a shine and I have enjoyed the PS3 Ratchet & Clank games immensely (the first 3).
However, they have chosen poorly when deciding on a shooter for going multiplatform. An FPS is already a very "me too" genre, but to actually turn a more unique looking shooter such as Overstrike into a "run of the mill" thing such as Fuse... It simply has nothing to distinguish it from other games. Especially for a gamer such as myself who doesn't play FPS's (unless it's an absolute gem with a mind of its own, like Bioshock).
I predict that the game will indeed be lost amidst the sea of shooters, the other games coming out this year and the next gen hype that is continuously growing each day.
The sales of their PS exclusives lately haven't been good either. Insomiac hasn't abandoned the PS gamers, it has been the other way around.
The are multiplat because of you.

Right. And now look how 360 owners will abandon them too. |
Think 360 owners will buy more copies, but ya.....Insomiac should change genres, generic/undermarketed FPS isn't viable for 360 and even PS3 given COD and Halo.
Seriously?! You took their need to go multi-platform personally?! Come on man, you can't wish that to a dev, one bad game these days spells their bankruptcy. You gotta be a little more thoughtful.
an absolute pathetic thread. This is why biased fans annoy me. I hope insomniac does fine and makes plenty of money while they are at it just like i hope Bungie does a great job with Destiny.

it isn't even close to being the same. Grand theft auto was always a multiplatform title, it just had timed exclusivity with sony. Also, sony didn't publish the games, unlike insomniacs games. Rockstar had a much different relationship with Sony than Insomniac had/has.
I guess you guys all forgot how FFXIII was significantly cut short because 360's cheap DVD's were less than half the size of PS3's blu-rays.

Agreed. I never wish ill on a company, but a title that once had me interested I simply do not care about. There is 0% chance I will buy Fuse, not because it is multi platform, but simply because it looks mediocre and forgettable.
