It starts on Feb 18 (Monday) but the exposition only opens on Wednesday (Feb 20). Until the exposition opens I doubt they will do any announcements.

Gears of War 2.
Frankly, it sounds too good to be true to 360 fans, but if MS expects to compete this year on a global level with either of its competitors, it needs GeoW2, and it shall have it.
Also, for the record, Halo Wars is the most overhyped game this gen, so far.

I really don't feel the 360 is lacking compared to the Wii this year (based on what has been shown for both systems), but I expect both systems to show a few more cards here soon, and I wouldn't be surprised if we saw something Gears level (or even Gears 2 itself) announced at GDC.

I think at this point Sony titles have more visibility. The GDC may change that of course.
Well, I bet Sony will also show new tittles at GDC so MS needs to show more new tittles than Sony to catch up to the already awesome PS3 lineup for 2008 :)
Viva Pinata 2: Revenge of the Pinatas.
In this game you play as the pinatas, and breed humans. You can beat them to death with shovels and feed them to each other, and mate within family. You can also feed them to tigers and other larger animals. When they grow big enough and happy enough you ship them off into slavery.
