So I'm trying to determine whether I should get a normal 3DS or an XL since I don't have a lot of money.  Is the 3D effect better on the original and is the XL pixelated?   I mean it should since it's the same resolution and stuff and you can't really fix that.  I searched google for this but the results were pretty inconclusive. 

So what are your opinions for people who have tried the regular and the XL. 

the xl is alot better handheld all around.

3d is better, more comftorible to hold, longer battery life and comes with a 4 gig memory card.

the normal 3ds is more portible and comes in more colors.

but overall its up to you i would demo both at your local game store.

I have both and I'd say the XL by far.
