Why not? A PSP/Vita focused video could lead into Sony announcing some sort of amazing PS4/Vita compatiblity that we all know those two systems will have anyway.

Also, Sony still needs to reenergize the Vita, and this could be it.

apperantly its just for home consoles, makes sense since they are hyping the announcment of another home console. no need to get the portables into this.
