Absolutely love this controller. It features upgrades where they were needed, but doesn't break with the DualShock tradition entirely.
Seeing from this angle it make the controller look much better, but remains ugly :D Can't wait to see it's final form.

False. I believe the edge to be merely a matter of lighting and the speakers are exactly the same.
It's the same controller.
The BuShA owns all!
I just hope it has proper triggers in the R2 and L2 slots.
So we go from wireless to 5 wires sticking out, yay. That will help the losing the controller all the time problem.
Anyway years of track pad use on my laptop will finally yield an advantage in gaming!
Prototype or not, Im wondering how sleek they can make the final product. That thing doesn't look very "Sony."
Sony always releases stylized hardware, whether bluray players, game consoles, or dualshock. This prototype feels a bit archaic in it's appearance. Very oldschool and bulky. Im curious as to how this screen will function or if we really NEED anything like that.
The wiiu has already failed to push this "tablet controller" into the mainstream, so I'm wondering how Sony navigates around that. Wonder if microsoft will do the same.

Well, it's not a touchscreen, it's a touchpad. But I do agree, dunno how that would be useful on games (perhaps it's going to be used for the OS dunno) and the design is kinda bad (thank god it's a devkit!).

my thoughts exactly. its still has everything a dualshock should have and they've improved the size and triggers apparently.
