Yeah its decent. Should play anything at 1366x768 and 1920x1080 + medium settings + minimal AA settings. 

But... PC's don't count! We can't compare them to the rubbish that is consoles!

For 720p it's adequate, the CPU is lacking though.

I am playing games like Max Payne 3 and Crysis 2 on 720p with a Radeon 7750 and Athlon X2 and getting 30+ fps on high.

This has a potential mobile i7.

I need a new laptop too.

This is a comparison between the best 650 GPU and the worst 7xxx GPU (a 7750) that I fould on THG:

One can see that the 650 is NOT twice as powerful as the 7750.
In console terms that makes the 7750 twice as powerful as the PC 650.
So thread title is wrong.

You shouldn't get caught off guard by buzzwords such as 'i7', but like I said, for the resolution it'll be playing at it's fine. I'm just really anal and like playing at a consistent 60fps.

You're grasping at the wrong straws here my friend. This is a GT650m which is not the same as 650Ti.
