Wii U poor sale mean nothing because gamecube also fail if your reasing is true console market would be dead in the generation of gamecube.

The Gamecube wasn't first to market in the sixth generation. It was last.

Sony are strong in the home console domain Nintendo is not it`s stupid to say ps4 will sold poorly because Wii U sold poorly Sony make mistake last geeneraation that`s why ps3 sold much more less then ps2.



PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

Nintendo sold about 100 million units in the 7th generation. Sony sold about 70 million.

While it's possible the Wii U will become Nintendo's Dreamcast, it's just as likely that the 8th generation of consoles will see sales that are flat or even reduced relative to the 7th generation. 

This is not a Nintendo, Microsoft of Sony fan wish fulfillment statement, but an observation based upon current shifts in the market.

Sony best selling home console sold more then Nintendo best selling home console and the less selling Sony home console sold  way better then Nintendo less selling home console.

Ps3 sold more then the second best selling Nintendo  home console 72M vs 56M.

You mean by current shift market shifting for home console to tablet/smartphone?

If this is what you mean you really think people who play before God of war,Grand turismo,Halo etc will shift to Angry Bird like games!!!!
