After I posted the following pic, It was soon deleted and I was warned by admin for illegal content.

but seriously... Are the mushrooms in Mario games not magic? They make him grow, shrink and give him extra lives. What else would you call them? I get how some may perseive it as something illegal but I did not stat they were psychodelic. The picture of the muchrooms look just like the ones in mushroom kingdom.

Why is Nintendo sensoring our freedom of speech? They, afterall, are the ones that created the mushroom senerio in their games.

Also, I didn't think it would be illegal to "talk" about something illegal. I guess I'll have to read the new rules on conduct and sensor my own work so I don't get banned from Miiverse.

Just curious if this kind of conduct is allowed in forums on PSN and LIVE?

I guess it depends on the context you setup for the mushrooms. If it was just a pic of a normal SMB mushroom with "magic" written then sure... but if you highly suggest taking drugs, then I can see why they'd remove it.

Can't view it but from the sounds of it you made it sound like shrooms which is obviously why they wouldnt allow it. Yes a lot of people make jokes about mario on shrooms but little kids have never even heard of that stuff before.
