Forums - Gaming - PS4 announcement won't damage Xbox 360 sales, says Microsoft

Kaz may kick like an American dad, but unfortunately for Microsoft, he beats children like an Irish dad.

And on February 20, he's coming home drunk as fuckkkkkkkk.

Shouldn't that be the Sony share price in the sky?

I take it you don't agree?

Expect a PS4 announcement with demos of graphics that the console can't actually produce and no details about definite release date or price (which will be expensive). It's a smart move from Sony, they know Nintendo need to use this time when Wii U is available and PS4 isn't so by announcing the console almost a year before it becomes available makes sense, people will hold off in the anticipation of something more powerful.....

The original article is about the X360 catching up the Wii and turning into the market leader in UK.
Once again people just read too much for a PR talk.

Do you mean mispresentations like Milo and such?

No. Do you think Sony will show demos PS4 can't produce like in 2005? The chance for that to happen will be 0%. Neither will they announce the price, they don't need to, thats for E3. They'll show the console, the OS and few clips of launch games so people will know what we can expect.

there was a lot of bs reasons in there and one very valid one: people buying a ps3 or 360 today aren't going to care about the impending ps4 and xbox8.

Neither PS3 sales... the PS4 will live with PS360 for a long time.

I can't predict how long with 360 but the PS3 will live three or four years after PS4 launch.

You dont know forsure. I kinda associate you to Pachter in a sense, your predictions tend to be off :P
