According to VGChartz, Jak II took about 20 hours to beat, which matches the link Aldro gave.

I can buy it being 13-14, but past 15 seems odd when they previously said its similar to UCs length..

The Jak games are way longer than the Uncharted games, I doubt that The Last of Us will be longer than 15 hours. I think I spent at least 20 hours of my first playthrough with Jak 2 and Jak 3 wasn't far behind.
A couple of the Crash games were fairly long too.

A 20 hour campaign would be great, It makes the experience really feel like a long and rewarding journey. Sure I'm fine with 10 hours but it can leave you a little unsatisfied.
